Tevez rejects Chinese Super League club offer

Former Argentina national side football player Carlos Tevez has reportedly dismissed advances from a Chinese Super League club and he has decided to stay with his boyhood club Boca Juniors.

A leading Argentine newspaper stated that the former West Ham United, Manchester City and Manchester United player was offered a huge amount offered by the Shanghai SIPG.

Still, the apparent intentions of the 32 year old are to stay with his childhood club till the end of his playing days. Having only come back to his very first pro club previous summer from Italian side Juventus, a move to a Chinese team would have been a smooth exit.

But Carlos Tevez has not been awakened by the wages now available and on offer in Asia, in spite of many European footballers taking the plunge recently. Gervinho, Paulinho, Demba Ba, Alex Teixeira, Ramires and Jackson Martinez are all now playing in the Chinese Super League. A salary of £500,000 a week would allow him to play every single one of the large selection of online pokies games at PokiesPalace – and he wouldn’t even have to worry about winning!?

With Tevez’s age in question, Shanghai SIPG only wanted the striker to sign a 1-year lucrative contract, but a move has been denied.

Having already spent 7 years in the English Premier League football, the Argentina international’s transfer days now set to be over. Tevez has been relishing life back in his home country, already getting a silverware with the Copa Argentina 2015 trophy.
